Who we are

Victory Life Church is an independent, renewal church which strives to be a New Testament Church as described in the book of Acts.

We are a Church for Real people living in a Real world with Real day‑to‑day issues and problems.

Jesus said, Luke 5:31b; "Those who are sound do not need a physician, but those who are sick."   Anybody is welcome to our Church!

At the same time we are also accountable to the rest of the universal church, therefore we are affiliated to TCN (The Christian Network), which includes Hatfield Christian Church in Pretoria and Maranatha Community Church in Kempton Park and over 450 other churches.

We believe God has raised Victory Life Church to be a relevant ministry today, putting a strong emphasis on Word teaching and Family Life.

We are very serious about Family Life and Marriage. We believe that the local church does not have a mandate to demand all the time of a congregation member and that charity begins at home. Committed participation makes it possible to fulfil all the requirements of the church and needs in the congregation.  Ministry can not be fully blessed if the home is not healthy.

We make a distinction between what God through the Holy Spirit is ministering and the character of man. In the local church there are things God alone are doing and then things men do in obedience to God which will ultimately depend on the character of man to accurately minister the things of God. Consistency and continuity are two powerful principles to develop a stable platform for ministry and personal development.

Relationship serves as foundation for participation and input. Our relationships constitute the church not membership. We believe that spiritual growth and maturity flows out of a healthy personal relationship with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and not anointed worship services alone. God want all men to be saved, we do not reserve the right to cater for our own kind in culture and creed because in Christ we are a new creation. We take responsibility to work through our cultural indifferences to the Glory of our KING.
